My Artworks are all individually handmade, and at times they may vary slightly in colour, size and design. I will always make the greatest effort to accurately describe and show the details of each piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase and your item is not as you expected, please contact me immediately so I can do my best to rectify the situation. If you are still not completely happy, you may return the undamaged, unused item within 7 days of receipt, and I will refund the purchase price. I will not be able to refund shipping costs.

In the unlikely event of the piece being damaged in transit, please take a photo of the packaging and the damaged item and contact me immediately. As long as you contact me as soon as you receive the item and provide the images as requested, I will be happy to replace any items that have been damaged due to shipping.

If your parcel seems to be taking longer than you expected, please check with the post office first as it will be held for you if nobody is home to accept the delivery. In the instance where a parcel is uncollected and returned to me, I will refund the amount of the order less the actual shipping costs, provided the items are in the original, undamaged condition.
